I was raised in China and trained as a physician, learning the language of disease and healing. My path then led me to biomedical research in the United States, where I've spent years studying the intricate dialogues within our immune and nervous systems.

 

Science taught me to question rigorously and to respect the vast unknown. Life, however, became my second mentor. It revealed truths that data alone cannot capture: that the body is far more than the brain’s vessel—it is an intelligent, remembering, and self-regulating system in its own. Breath, rhythm, posture, and repetition are not mere metaphors; they are accessible, biological tools for repair.
